MNA is an ideal introduction to the
arts, cultures, and sciences of the Colorado Plateau, the 130,000
square-mile area encompassing the four-corners region of Arizona,
Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah, including the Grand Canyon.
Self-guided and docent-led tour
programs are available for school and adult groups to showcase the
archaeology of the Colorado Plateau, contemporary local Native
American cultures, and the unparalleled geology and biology of the
area. The Museum also offers tours within its special
exhibits, which change several times during the year. The
Museum Shop and Bookstore offer authentic Native American arts and
regional books.
