Discovery Summer Camps :: Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by mail, or e-mail. If notice of cancellation is received 21 days prior to the program start date, a refund less a $25 administrative fee (per program/per reservation) will be issued. If notice is received after 21 days prior to the program start date, a refund less a $25 administrative fee (per program/per reservation) will be issued only if the reservation is filled. The Museum of Northern Arizona reserves the right to cancel any class up until 14 days prior to the program start date if enrollment is insufficient or inclement weather occurs. If the Museum cancels a program, a full refund will be issued..
