Discovery :: Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by mail or e-mail.

If notice of cancellation is received 21 days prior to the program start date, a refund less a $25 administrative fee (per program/per reservation) will be issued. If notice is received after 21 days prior to the program start date, a refund less a $25 administrative fee (per program/per reservation) will be issued, only if the reservation is filled.

If the Museum cancels a program due to inclement weather or insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be issued.
