The Hopi Iconography Project is a collaborative effort of the Museum of Northern Arizona and the Hopi CulturalPreservation Office to explore and interpret Hopi cultural continuity through art, archaeology, linguistics, and oral traditions. Guidelines for this collaboration are spelled out in a Memorandum of Understanding between MNA and the HCPO signed in 2005.
