Policies and Library Use

The library is available during posted hours or by appointment.

All materials are noncirculating. Visitors must request materials directly from library staff.

Copies may be permitted, depending on the condition of the item. Copy fees are currently 30 cents per page. A $10 surcharge will be added to the cost of photocopying beyond 70 pages. Please have exact change to make copies. To request copies sent to you, contact the library via e-mail or telephone. Mailed copies are 30 cents per page, with shipping costs added to the total. Copies are subject to copyright laws and approval must be obtained for any publication.

If you are unable to visit the library during posted hours, please call 928-774-5213, ext. 256 to schedule an appointment. Reference inquiries are accepted over the phone or via e-mail at library@mna.mus.az.us.
