September 1
Chris Coder, archaeologist for the Yavapai-Apache Nation: Chris will speak on the culture, language and history of the Yavapai and Apache peoples in the Verde Valley area.

October 6
This meeting will be at the Museum of Northern Arizona. MNA Director Robert Breunig will give an update on the state of the Museum and tour us through two special exhibits: A:shiwi A:wan Ulohnanne—the Zuni World and Grand Archaeology: Exploration and Discovery along the Colorado River.

November 3
Ken Zoll is a researcher of ancient astronomical practices and of potential archaeoastronomy sites in Arizona. Zoll’s most recent book is Understanding the Rock Art of Arizona. He will discuss and show images of the area’s ancient rock art.

December 8
Annual Holiday Luncheon – Sedona Hilton Hotel

January 5
Wayne Ranney, geologist and educator long familiar to Muses, will show historic photos and take us on a journey called "Retracing the Footsteps of Martha Summerhayes."

February 2
Jerry Snow, teacher from California and now a docent at the Museum of Northern Arizona, will talk to us about Lt. Joseph Christmas Ives, a man who explored and mapped the Grand Canyon in 1858, eleven years before John Wesley Powell’s famous journey down the Colorado River. Jerry will show copies of the original maps from Ives's venture.

March 1
Astronomer Dr. Henry Rowe from Lowell Observatory will share with us the story of his research on Titan, the moon on Saturn.

April 5
Gael Summer is a person excited about dinosaurs. She will bring us the story, complete with photos, of a dig in Wyoming.

May 3
